The project has organized into seven research modules: 1.Why the Crisis?; 2. Financial Recovery; 3. Managerial Strategies ; 4. Post-9/11 Telecom Requirements; 5. Policy Recommendations; 6. Telecommunication Fundamental Research; and, 7. Recovery and the Internet. Each module conducted workshops and benefited from the insights of an Advisory Committee composed of leading experts, as well as from a Delphi survey. The overall project has been guided by an Executive Advisory Committee.
