Bruce Egan, CITI This work investigates
the economic assumptions that underlie models for the implementation of
wireless systems. Specific questions include the following: What are the
cost structure of wireless communications systems? What are the costs
of wireless start-up and what are its benefits in relation to traditional
wireline systems? How will wireless systems be affected by impending federal
and state policy changes? What will be the impact of wireless communications
on traditional wireline economics?
