Benjamin Bloom is the Assistant Director of the Columbia Institute for
Tele-Information. He handles the administrative and research activities,
projects, and conferences undertaken by CITI. Mr. Bloom joined the institute
in May 2003. Mr. Bloom graduated from Cornell University in May 2002 with
a B.A. in Government. His policy interests include broadband internet
services, media cross-ownership rules, spectrum allocation, and civil
liberties in cyberspace.
