Janelle joined the Institute in April 2003 as Assistant Director. Her role is multi-faceted, covering supervisory elements of financial management, editing, conference preparation, and office operations. Prior to joining CITI, Janelle worked in the Caribbean, developing the media and telecom industry of the region. She received her B.A. in statistics from New York University. Her personal interests include competitive intelligence and the economic development of the Caribbean.
